Key Responsibility:

1. Recruitment and Onboarding: 

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks. 
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to facilitate the interview process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including the preparation of employment contracts, orientation materials, and paperwork. 

2. Employee Relations and Engagement: 

  • Provide support in addressing employee queries, concerns, and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, recognition programs, and employee surveys.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leaves, and other relevant HR information. 

3. Talent Management and Development: 

  • Assist in administering performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for employees, including scheduling training sessions, tracking participation, and evaluating effectiveness. 

4. Compliance and HR Operations: 

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies in collaboration with the HR Manager.
  • Assist in maintaining HR databases and employee files, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Support HR initiatives and projects as assigned, including policy development, process improvements, and special events. 

5. Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other members of the HR team as needed.
  • Assist in preparing HR-related documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Handle day-to-day HR tasks, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining HR records.

Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in an HR or administrative role is preferred.
  • Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software applications.
