Marketing Manager

As the Marketing Manager at Ksquare Energy, you will lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth across India. Reporting to the senior management team, you will oversee all aspects of marketing, including branding, digital marketing, content creation, advertising, events, and public relations, to position Ksquare Energy as a leader in the solar energy industry.  

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Strategic Planning and Brand Management:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives and targets.
  • Manage and enhance the Ksquare Energy brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics. 

2. Digital Marketing and Online Presence:

  • Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including website, social media, email, and online advertising.
  • Monitor and optimize digital marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates.
  • Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and best practices to continually enhance the company's online presence and engagement. 

3. Content Creation and Thought Leadership: 

  • Develop compelling content and collateral, including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and presentations, to engage target audiences and drive thought leadership.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to develop content that educates, informs, and inspires our audience about solar energy solutions and industry trends.
  • Leverage content marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive website traffic, and generate leads. 

4. Advertising and Promotions:

  • Plan and execute advertising campaigns across various media channels, including print, digital, and outdoor, to reach target audiences and drive brand awareness.
  • Coordinate promotional activities, sponsorships, and partnerships to increase visibility and engagement with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers. 

5. Event Management and Sponsorships:

  • Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of company events, trade shows, conferences, and seminars to showcase Ksquare Energy's products and solutions.
  • Identify relevant industry events and sponsorships opportunities to maximize brand exposure and generate leads.

6. Public Relations and Media Relations:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, bloggers, and industry influencers to secure press coverage and media placements.
  • Prepare press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials to communicate key messages and announcements to the media and the public. 

7. Budget Management and Performance Tracking:

  • Manage marketing budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to optimize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
